We serve handcrafted chai, fresh snacks, and comfort food in a relaxed atmosphere that encourages conversation, creativity, and connection. We're looking for a driven and detail-oriented Restaurant Manager who can lead day-to-day operations and help us grow*Duties** Staff Supervision: Lead, schedule, and monitor daily staff shifts; foster a positive and professional team culture.* Customer Experience: Ensure every guest receives prompt, courteous service; handle feedback or complaints gracefully.* Operations Management: Oversee kitchen and floor coordination, service flow, and cleanliness during all operating hours.* Inventory & Supply Chain: Monitor stock levels, place timely orders, and manage supplier relationships to avoid shortages or waste.* Sales & Reporting: Track daily sales, prepare shift reports, and support goal-setting based on performance metrics.* Training & Onboarding: Train new staff on service standards, POS usage, and restaurant protocols; support skill development.* Quality Assurance: Uphold food safety, hygiene standards, and service quality according to company policies and local regulations.* POS & Tech Management: Operate and troubleshoot billing systems, online order platforms, and basic reporting tools.* Event Coordination: Assist in planning and executing themed nights, live music, or mehfil-style gatherings.* Conflict Resolution: Quickly address internal or customer-related issues with fairness and professionalism.*Requirements** 2-3 years of experience managing or supervising in a café, casual dining* Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the hospitality industry.* Strong knowledge of food handling, preparation, and safety standards.* Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate and lead staff effectively.* Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.* Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.* Experience in interviewing and training new employees is preferred.* A background in hotel management is a plus but not required.Join our team as we strive to provide an unforgettable dining experience for our guests!
