*Job description**We are looking for a Mature Restaurant Manager (40+) with a passion for the food industry*_Are you professional, driven, and passionate about customer service?__Do you have previous experience in Hospitality or Food and Beverage?_*Restaurant Managers will:*-Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate the operations of the restaurant on a daily basis.-Work with the Management Team to determine and implement operational procedures.-Conceptualize and run promotional campaigns to improve sales-Recruit and interview staff as well as set staff work schedules.-Oversee staff training and monitor staff performance.-Control inventory and monitor revenues-Resolve customer complaints and ensure that health and safety regulations are followed-Work with clients to take and arrange reservations and group business- Liaise with the rest of the Management Team and react to restaurant opportunities._This position will include professional development that will guide successful candidates through all areas of our restaurant and operations.
