Job Details

We are looking to add to our management team on a part-time basis. This position is guest-facing with responsibilities including overseeing daily shifts for the entire facility.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute and implement all national marketing initiatives, local store marketing programs, and dining room/bar promotions
  • Manage shift schedules to control labour costs
  • Manage bar inventory to control beverage costs
  • Conduct weekly inventories and maintain accurate records on beer counts, draft usage, waste, inventory, bar costs, and P.O.S.
  • Assist in managing restaurant team members
  • Implement and adhere to Health and Safety policies and procedures
  • Follow health department and corporate cleaning & disinfection policies

Job Requirements:

  • 2-3 years guest experience in foodservice/hospitality industry; marketing experience is a plus
  • Post-secondary education in related fields is an asset
  • Strong business acumen, including understanding of budgets and operating costs
  • Knowledge of sales and marketing
  • Understanding of casual dining industry and restaurant operations
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Availability to work evenings, holidays, and weekends
