*Manager**Location:* 8912 202 St #100, Langley Twp, BC*Job Type:* Full?Time, Permanent | On-site*Compensation: *$50,000?60,000/year base + pooled tips*Start Date: *August?September 2025 (flexible)Are you an experienced hospitality leader passionate about delivering top-tier guest experiences? We?re seeking a Location Manager to lead our new Langley location. You?ll oversee all day-to-day operations and build a strong, guest-centric team to bring authentic Ukrainian cuisine to life.*Responsibilities** Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily restaurant operations spread across front of house, kitchen and service areas* Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate staff; conduct performance reviews and handle scheduling* Monitor financial performance: manage budgets, control labour and food costs, and meet revenue targets* Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and maintaining high service standards* Maintain compliance with BC health, safety, and liquor licensing regulations* Manage inventory and vendor relationships, oversee procurement and cost control* Facilitate daily shift briefings and maintain operational logs* Actively participate in local marketing, community outreach, and brand promotion efforts*What We?re Looking For:** Minimum 1 year in restaurant management or a related hospitality leadership role* Proven experience managing people, meeting KPIs, and working in full-service or fast-casual environments* Strong financial acumen and ability to analyse sales data, budgets, and forecasts* Excellent communication, organization and problem-solving skills* Energetic and positive leader who values coaching and staff development* Familiarity with POS systems, scheduling tools, and basic office admin systems* Serving It Right certification (or willingness to obtain)* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays*Why Join Kozak Ukrainian Restaurant?** Competitive salary with bonus and shared tips for outstanding performance* Discounted staff meals, plus health benefits after 3 months for full-time staff* On-site parking* A leadership opportunity to shape and grow a new location with a supportive team culture* Training and development support to help you grow into area or regional leadership roles* Be part of a story: launching authentic Ukrainian hospitality in the a new cityJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per yearBenefits:* Discounted or free food* Extended health care* On-site parkingExperience:* managerial: 1 year (required)Work Location: In person
