What You’ll Be Doing
As Manager, Regulatory Reporting, you will lead the preparation, filing, and production of all NI 81-101, NI 41-101 and NI 81-106 materials for the CIBC Asset Management mutual funds and ETFs, including prospectuses, fund facts/ETF facts, financial statements and management reports of fund performance, as well as other regulatory deliverables.

This role involves uncontrollable deadlines and may require extended work hours in order to meet regulatory deadlines.
How You’ll Succeed
Deliver timely and compliant reporting – develop and adhere to a detailed project plan, obtain buy-in from partners and vendors, and lead the production of compliant, accurate, and cost-effective regulatory reporting for completion according to the project plan and in line with regulatory requirements.
Relationship building – forge strong relationships with fellow team members, partners at all levels of the organization, including Product Solutioning & Management, Fund Valuations, Legal, Compliance, Total Investment Solutions, Business Management, Tax, Client Services, vendors including translators and auditors.
Regulatory knowledge – Use your knowledge of and experience with NI 81-101, 41-101, NI 81-106, and dealings with the securities regulators to deliver compliant regulatory documents.
Who You Are
You can demonstrate experience in the preparation, production, and filing of NI 81-101, NI 41-101 and NI 81-106 materials.
It’s an asset if you have completed, or are in the process of completing, your Canadian Securities Course.
You can demonstrate experience in advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel and Word.
