Role Description: This role serves as the Business System Owner (BSO) at GSK for User Access Management (UAM) and X-Vault platform, overseeing strategic management and system improvements to support global regulatory operations, compliance, and business objectives. The BSO fosters collaboration, drives innovation, and aligns systems with GSK’s regulatory strategy, enhancing operational efficiency, data integrity, and reporting to support GSK’s mission.

Locations: Poland (Poznan), Mexico City, Canada (Milverton)

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide operational support and strategic direction for Regulatory Systems & Processes.
  2. Define system procedures, including reports, and manage change control processes.
  3. Monitor system activity to identify quality issues or improvement opportunities.
  4. Lead support for regulatory systems used globally for regulatory activities.
  5. Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for project issues and resolutions.
  6. Manage business, project, and support challenges globally.
  7. Coordinate with IT and Business System Owners for solutions delivery.
  8. Develop project proposals and business cases.
  9. Lead business engagement in projects with IT and Business Teams.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Science, or related technical field.
  • Experience supporting critical regulatory systems in a global environment.
  • Leadership in Business Change Teams delivering IT solutions.
  • Experience managing system ownership, change control, and lifecycle management in regulated environments.
  • Business analysis skills and external driver awareness.
  • Fluent in English and local language communication skills.
  • Project management and multi-site activity oversight.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills.
  • Self-management and prioritization abilities.
  • Customer-focused service orientation.
  • Teamwork with leadership confidence.
  • Understanding of IT lifecycle, processes, and quality management.
  • Experience with Veeva Vaults, PowerBI, SharePoint preferred.
