We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Manager, Recognition & Engagement to join our People team in Langley, BC.

Reporting to the Managing Director, People Integration & Development, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing Pattison Food Group’s recognition programs aimed at enhancing team member satisfaction, boosting morale, and fostering a positive workplace culture. In this role, you will ensure alignment and consistency of recognition efforts across all business areas, supporting a unified and engaging team member experience throughout the organization.

You will be responsible for:
  1. Creating and implementing programs that acknowledge and reward employee achievements and contributions, ensuring alignment with Pattison Food Group’s organizational values and goals.
  2. Evaluating the effectiveness of recognition programs by measuring their impact on team member morale, engagement, and retention, and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
  3. Collaborating with others to organize and deliver events that celebrate team member accomplishments across all business areas, fostering a culture of appreciation and inclusion.
  4. Ensuring consistent and effective communication of recognition initiatives and events to all team members.
  5. Collaborating with senior leadership to align recognition strategies with broader organizational objectives.
  6. Collecting, analyzing, and reporting data to assess program performance and enhance future recognition efforts.
You have:
  1. A bachelor’s degree in human resources, or equivalent experience.
  2. 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, employee engagement or related fields.
  3. Experience in change management, supporting the adaptation and implementation of new initiatives.
  4. Proficiency in MS Office and the ability to learn new technology quickly, providing support across various platforms.

  2. An effective communicator with the ability to motivate, influence, and inspire people at all levels within the organization.
