Position Overview

We are seeking a driven, versatile, and business-minded professional to join the Chairman’s Office as Manager, Real Estate and Development .

This is a dynamic and evolving role that will adapt as the organization grows. While the initial focus will include business acquisitions, real estate coordination, and cross-divisional support, the scope of responsibilities may expand or shift in alignment with company priorities. The ideal candidate embraces change, thrives on ownership, and is excited by opportunities to contribute across business areas.

Position Job Title : Manager -Real Estate and Development

Reports To : Executive Chairman

Job Status : Full-time, permanent, must be eligible to work in Canada

Compensation : Starting from $65,000- 100,000 annually + comprehensive benefits

What You’ll Do

This role will work across multiple divisions including Seniors Housing, Child Care, and Education and may include :

  • Identifying and evaluating business acquisition opportunities
  • Supporting due diligence, deal coordination, and integration planning
  • Managing lease negotiations, renewals, and property-related matters
  • Liaising with brokers, landlords, legal teams, and internal stakeholders
  • Supporting office expansions, relocations, and cross-functional projects
  • Participating in high-level planning and strategic growth initiatives

Who You Are

  • Entrepreneurial and achievement-oriented , with strong initiative
  • Excellent communicator, able to manage both details and big-picture strategy
  • Comfortable working directly with senior executives and external partners
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Passionate about business growth, real estate, and community-building
  • Bonus : Former Realtor or licensed real estate background
  • Bonus : Experience in business acquisitions or lease management

Qualifications

  • Experience in business development, operations, real estate, or acquisitions
  • Post-secondary education in Business, Real Estate, or related field (preferred)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; strong comfort with contracts and reports
  • Access to a reliable vehicle and valid Class 5 Driver’s License (occasional travel required)
