What is the opportunity?

In this role, you will be responsible for coaching and supervising direct reports. You will process payment instructions from corporate clients on two systems: the GPLUS system for BenPay and the Refund System. Additionally, you will handle tax preparation and filing for over 800 corporate clients.

What will you do?

  • Ensure the accuracy of payments for over 500,000 clients based on instructions received, including highlighting necessary changes to monthly payroll processing.
  • Guarantee accurate refund payments to over 6,000 clients based on received instructions.
  • Comply with all legal requirements related to payment processing and tax remittance.
  • Meet all deadlines for annual tax filings.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risk areas within the team.
  • Collaborate with the systems and technology team to implement system enhancements.
  • Coordinate tax filings, including producing over 700,000 tax slips and managing over 1 billion dollars in taxes paid to government bodies.
  • Deliver statements to corporate clients by agreed deadlines.
  • Maintain and coordinate the Benefit Payments BCP.
