1.1. Number of Posts

1.2. Minimum Qualification

Post Graduate in any discipline along with degree/diploma in Graphic Designing

1.3. Minimum Experience

12 years of experience with min 5 years of experience in creative designing and publication in digital and print media.

1.4. Salary

Rs. 82,500/- per month (with an annual increment of 10%, subject to satisfactory performance)

1.5. Job Description

He will be responsible for creative design of various digital and print material of IIIDEM and its centres and schools. He will supervise graphics designers and executive in producing, designing, and publishing professional quality modules, manuals, and learning materials in alignment with international standards and IIDEM's training objectives. He will support Media and Communication wing.

1.6. Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities Of The Job Include The Following:

(i) Lead Creative Design - Supervise the creative, aesthetics, visual and structural design aspects of all digital and print publications including training modules, manuals, handbooks, material for events and conferences and branding of all material

(ii) Lead Publication Projects - Oversee the end-to-end process of publication – from conceptualization to final printing – for all training and capacity-building materials.

(iii) Coordinate with Centres – Collaborate with various Centers of IIDEM to understand their design and publication needs and ensure timely delivery of high-quality outputs.

(iv) Content Quality Control – Ensure that the content being published adheres to editorial standards, formatting norms, and approved templates of IIDEM.

(v) Vendor management and procurement - Coordination and Management of various agencies for printing, designing and other related works.

1.7. Skills & Competencies

(i) Graphic Design: Should be well-acquainted with graphic designing, multimedia and other formatting tools.

(ii) Content Creation: Technical Writing, Creative Copywriting, Report & Manual Writing

(iii) Languages: English, Hindi (Proficient); Basic understanding of regional Indian scripts

1.8. Desirable

(i) Experience in creative design projects for digital and print media

(ii) Prior experience in educational or institutional publishing

(iii) Knowledge of various tools used for graphic designing and content formatting.

(iv) Understanding of publication regulations and copyright standards

(v) Exposure to training content development or capacity-building sectors
