Salary range for the position is $106,026 to $152,413. Interior Health establishes salaries within the minimum and maximum of the salary range based on qualifications, experience, and internal equity review.
The Manager, Psychological Health & Safety, leads the operational implementation of strategic initiatives to improve the experience of providing care, focusing on resiliency, wellness, and psychological health and safety (PHS) of our workforce through the National Standard of Canada for Psychological Health and Safety in the Workplace. The role includes consulting with senior leadership, supporting change initiatives, strategy planning, process redesign, education, training, and fostering a respectful workplace, aligned with commitments to Indigenous cultural safety, anti-racism, and equity, diversity, and inclusion.
