About the Role

Reporting to the Director, Citizen and Provider Services, the Manager, Provider Services Operations will oversee daily team management and technical service components. This role acts as a liaison between stakeholders and technology teams, translating user needs into system solutions.

You will focus on maximizing program benefits, fostering collaboration, and facilitating communication among the public, clinical areas, and technology teams.

Experience & Qualifications
  • Degree from an accredited post-secondary institution in Business, Information Technology, or a related field, or significant professional experience
  • Minimum 5 years of leadership experience
  • Strong technical background, facilitation, and training skills
  • Health sector business knowledge is an asset
  • Knowledge of central intake and pooled referral management processes is an asset
Responsibilities
  • Lead strategic planning, development, implementation, and evaluation of assigned programs
  • Build strong relationships and collaborate with stakeholders across the province
  • Develop annual work plans with objectives, timelines, and outcomes
  • Implement and evaluate quality assurance and improvement initiatives
  • Establish committees and workgroups for program support
  • Analyze data and develop reports for utilization, quality, demand, and program evaluation
  • Manage budgets, including forecasts and variance reports
  • Set performance expectations, conduct reviews, and provide feedback to staff
  • Model the organization's values and client-centered care philosophy
