Reporting to the Director, Citizen and Provider Services, the Manager, Provider Services Operations will oversee daily team management and technical service components. This role acts as a liaison between stakeholders and technology teams, translating user needs into system solutions.
You will focus on maximizing program benefits, fostering collaboration, and facilitating communication among the public, clinical areas, and technology teams.
