Lead and oversee the Technical Surveillance Counter-Measures (TSCM) program, including the planning and coordination of TSCM assessments and sweeps for corporate locations, executive spaces, Board and other sensitive events, working with qualified external specialists as required.
  • Develop and oversee executive and event security plans and support travel risk assessment, monitoring and protective planning.
  • Support workforce safety matters involving threats, workplace violence, concerning behaviour or other elevated physical security risks.
  • Lead and support responses to serious or complex security incidents and investigations, working collaboratively with internal stakeholders, law enforcement and external security partners as required.
  • Conduct and support physical security risk assessments for people, locations, events and business activities and develop risk based recommendations.

  • Support security awareness, executive briefings and reporting on emerging risks, service activity and programme priorities.
