Manager, Projects - (Hybrid)

Reporting to the CO-CEO, the Manager of Projects will play a key role in working with business leaders in deploying projects and change management across the company. The Program Manager will oversee projects from ideation to completion.

What You Will Do

1. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and comprehend requirements for project planning. This includes defining the project scope, creating a work breakdown structure, and developing a resource matrix and project budget.
2. Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
3. Manage relationships with stakeholders.
4. Provide technical guidance and input to successfully complete strategic initiatives as it relates to timelines and system requirements.
5. Work with multiple teams to resolve escalated cases/issues.
6. Ensure completeness of all required documentation from all parties.
7. Document, recommend and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

1. 7 to 10 years experience managing projects.
2. Project Management Professional designation or working towards preferred.
3. Completion of post-secondary education in a related field.
4. Advanced knowledge of MS apps, including Power Point, Word, Excel and MS Project.
5. Knowledge of the insurance industry preferred.
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with stakeholders.
7. Experience with leading a team.
8. Superior organizational and time management skills with experience handling multiple priorities and requests.
9. Highly focused with attention to detail and ability to collaborate well with others.
