Base pay range

$104,444.00/yr - $138,127.00/yr

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the production department, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.

Job Requirements

• Associates degree or higher preferred; High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 10+ years in manufacturing; experience in low volume/high mix environments preferred.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing technologies, lean principles, and MRP/ERP systems.
• Excellent interpersonal and planning skills; safety awareness.
