Job description

The Manager, Product Solutions is responsible for identifying and evaluating emerging business opportunities for future products and services. Leads the design, development, and market launch of products under their responsibility. Maintains communication channels with Product and Market Management to ensure the product and service vision aligns with customer and market needs.

Specific Accountabilities
  • Produces product definitions and blueprints, including functional and technical specifications.
  • Establishes product milestones and release plans, detailing functionality at user and technical levels.
  • Engages with vendors and partners, owning the relationship for their product or service.
  • Oversees budget development, timelines, and ROI definition.
  • Leads end-to-end product delivery to meet business objectives.
  • Ensures quality of the customer experience throughout the customer journey.
  • Participates in the Health & Safety program, complying with regulations and reporting hazards.
Knowledge and Skills Required
  • Post-graduate degree in Economics, Marketing, or Engineering; MBA and PMP desirable.
  • At least five years of experience in business case development and process design.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to conceptualize and articulate strategies.
  • Strong technology understanding and proficiency in MS Office.
  • Experience in cross-functional team leadership and knowledge of H&S regulations in Canada is an asset.
