Position Overview:
Askuity is a Toronto-based retail analytics software company operating as a division within The Home Depot (THD). Through our supplier analytics program, Askuity’s mission is to enable suppliers and merchants at The Home Depot to make profitable, data-driven decisions and drive real-time execution.
Reporting to the Director, Product Management, the Manager will be responsible for driving the visioning, strategic planning and roadmap execution for the flagship business intelligence solution used by suppliers and internal users of The Home Depot. The role will partner closely with design, data science and engineering leadership to continually drive innovation through high-quality product experiences.

Minimum Years of Work Experience:
6+ years of experience in product management.
Minimum Leadership Experience:
3+ years of experience leading product teams.

Successful track record of leading cross-functional teams in an agile environment.
Strong product sense and understanding of user’s problems.
The ability to absorb large amounts of information, distill key themes into actionable plans, and precisely communicate to a wide cross-functional audience.
A get-things-done attitude to make your product and team successful. Bias for action and delivering results will be key for this position.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different stakeholders.
Prior experience leading product management for Business Intelligence tools a plus.
