Key Ways This Position Makes An ImpactThe Manager, Procurement will lead enterprise-wide procurement strategies, foster vendor relationships, and ensure cost savings, risk mitigation, and compliance organization-wide.
You will manage procurement activities such as planning, sourcing, negotiation, and contract implementation, aligning with organizational and regulatory standards.
Collaborating with internal stakeholders, you will secure favorable contract terms, manage risks, and oversee the full contract lifecycle from drafting to renewal and support.
As the primary liaison with vendors, you will build relationships, resolve issues, and improve vendor performance and service delivery.
You will support business units during vendor transitions and new service or product implementations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Staying current on procurement best practices, regulations, and emerging tools, you will introduce innovative approaches to enhance processes and deliver value.
Responsibilities include overseeing procurement processes, including RFP development, implementation, and management, ensuring effective purchasing operations.
Key Experiences You Bring To This RolePreferred qualifications include experience in healthcare or benefits insurance, working in regulated industries, CPSM certification, or a master's degree in related fields.
