The Position: We are currently seeking a Manager of Process Innovation. The Manager will lead a team responsible for maintaining the quality of internal and external data inputs to SCM Systems and optimizing KPIs through analysis of existing SCM processes. The role requires a deep understanding of current processes to identify redesign opportunities, develop new processes, and implement initiatives aligned with business objectives.

The Manager must understand and evaluate business operations across departments, provide training on new processes and systems, manage key databases, ensure data quality, and act as a consultant to division leaders. Collaboration with SCM stakeholders is essential to align on KPIs and ensure process changes meet business requirements.

Responsibilities:

1. Demonstrate expertise in all supporting systems and processes.
2. Oversee training and data infrastructure supporting SCM, ERP, and other processes.
3. Ensure policies and procedures are reviewed and updated regularly.
4. Manage SCM-related system maintenance.
5. Mentor and manage staff activities.
6. Consult with SCM leaders to identify process gaps and document issues.
7. Manage project implementations from planning to reporting.
8. Establish timelines, milestones, and ownership for projects.

Knowledge & Experience:

• Knowledge of ERP (SAP a plus), SCM, retail systems.
• 5+ years of SCM operation experience.
• Project management experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of databases, KPI reporting, and BI software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to interact across all organizational levels.
• Proficiency in Korean is preferred.

Qualifications:

• University degree in Management, IT, or Engineering.
• SCM certification (APICS/SCMP) or other industry certifications is an asset.
