The Position: We are currently seeking a Manager of Process Innovation. The Manager will lead a team responsible for maintaining the quality of internal and external data inputs to SCM Systems and optimizing KPIs through analysis of existing SCM processes. The role requires a deep understanding of current processes to identify redesign opportunities, develop new processes, and implement initiatives aligned with business objectives.
The Manager must understand and evaluate business operations across departments, provide training on new processes and systems, manage key databases, ensure data quality, and act as a consultant to division leaders. Collaboration with SCM stakeholders is essential to align on KPIs and ensure process changes meet business requirements.
