Capital One Canada is seeking a Manager, Privacy Compliance to lead tight privacy governance across our Canadian operations. • Bachelor's Degree preferred; CIPP(C) / CIPM designation or willingness to complete within six months.

• Identify emerging regulatory risks and communicate key regulatory developments to stakeholders; assist with implementing changes to stay compliant.
• Serve as a privacy subject matter expert advising business units on federal and provincial regulatory requirements for new products, initiatives, and processes.
