A leading business law firm in Canada is seeking a Manager for its Emerging & High Growth Practice. The role requires strong leadership and organizational skills, managing a national resource team and supporting business development initiatives. Candidates should have a diploma in business and experience in legal or professional services. The firm offers a hybrid work model, combining office and remote work up to 2 days a week.

Reporting to the Director, Emerging & High Growth (EHG), the Manager, Emerging & High Growth Practice (EHG) provides practice group support to Osler’s Emerging & High Growth Companies Group, leading the EHG resource team, managing operational processes, assisting with business development initiatives, and ensuring the smooth execution of client and internal-facing projects.

Position Requirements
Education and Experience
University or college diploma, preferably in a business focus, plus a minimum of three years of relevant experience, including people management. Experience working within the legal or professional services industry is preferred.
Knowledge and Skills
We are currently working in a hybrid work arrangement, which includes a requirement to work primarily in the office and flexibility to work remotely up to 2 days per week.
