What is the Opportunity?
The Role Design & Performance Management team within the Transformation Enterprise Operations group harnesses data driven insights, strategic organizational planning, and operational distribution expertise to shape and implement meaningful career paths. Our goal is to ensure that RBC attracts and retains the best talent equipped with the necessary skills for both current and future challenges. As a key member of the Role Design Team, the Manager Practice Management will utilize their extensive knowledge and skills to develop, lead, and support crucial role strategies, thereby facilitating the successful execution of priority initiatives in collaboration with various business and operation partners. This role includes creating and presenting strategies to senior leadership.
What will you do?
Drive the evolution of operation roles in response to internal and external forces of change
Shape the future of roles to enhance performance in line with business objectives
Identify opportunities to test, learn, pivot, on key initiatives based on observations and input from operations experience
Provide expert guidance and innovative solutions in role practice management, contributing to the development of standards and playbooks applicable across all operational sectors within TEO.
Actively engage in the ongoing assessment of role effectiveness and performance.
Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of distilling complex information into clear, impactful messages.
Demonstrate excellent project management and organizational abilities, effectively juggling multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
Develop a comprehensive library of resources to support practice management routines.
