Commercial Sales & ServiceThe Manager, Portfolio Monitoring Team (“PMT”) plays an important role in monitoring risk across the Commercial Bank, Canada. The successful candidate will have oversight of a team of Portfolio Analysts across all regions that BMO operates within in Canada. This group regularly reviews margins, covenants, and triggers, and works closely as part of the extended deal team to meet reporting criteria. The Manager PMT is expected to maintain a strong network and market presence with the line of business leaders, and ensure to collaborate on managing portfolio risk. This leader will also be expected to maintain a high degree of coaching competency and mentorship to the team which carries credit qualifications for the purpose of reviewing and opining on margins and covenants.
An ideal candidate will be located in one of our major Commercial Banking hubs in Vancouver, Calgary, Edmonton, Toronto, or Montreal, while maintaining a connection with team members across Canada using available technology (MS Teams). This leader reports into the Managing Director, Client Delivery, Operations & Portfolio Monitoring.
Facilitates decisioning and analysis of all types of credit information to support lending decisions and processes for the bank. Maintains and promotes a client service environment to satisfy and exceed customer needs and expectations. This role will make credit decisions and recommendations in accordance with sound credit-granting principles and in compliance with Bank Policies & Procedures.

Salaries for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked.
