Here’s where you’ll be focusing :

  • Exceed customer expectations by building strong relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions; role model, coach, and reinforce customer service expectations daily for all staff
  • Implement pharmacy programs and product launches to promote patient service standards, drive sales, control labour costs, monitor margins, and reduce shrinkage
  • Act in the patient’s best interest by supporting patient-centered care through professional scope of practice and team delivery of company programs
  • Foster a positive, patient-focused culture and experience, ensuring product availability and high customer service standards while developing and monitoring business plans to meet KPIs
  • Engage actively in all areas of Fusion to ensure seamless patient and facility experiences across locations
  • Uphold and promote company values, including championing diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, creating an inclusive environment
  • Manage staff recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and succession planning
  • Build and maintain strong team relationships in a supportive environment, ensuring appropriate labor balance with staff working to full scope
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies, including OHS and Loss Prevention, and train staff accordingly

What you have to offer :

  • Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from a recognized institution
  • Licensed Pharmacist in good standing in the province of responsibility
  • Injection and First Aid Certification
  • Minimum of 2 years experience as a licensed pharmacist
  • Kroll software experience is preferred
