IMCO is looking for a highly motivated Manager to join the Performance Measurement and Analytics team!

The Manager is a key member of the Performance Measurement and Analytics team, reporting to the Senior Director, building analytic solutions related to new products/capabilities and enhancing operating efficiency.

Areas of Responsibility:
  • Partnering with stakeholders to capture new product/capability requirements.
  • Collaborating with the Performance Reporting team to identify system enhancement opportunities to support new performance products and improve operational efficiency.
  • Partnering with IT teams and software vendors to design, install, and test system enhancements.
  • Staying informed about industry trends to design and develop new performance measurement and analytics solutions.
  • Documenting procedures for new solutions.
  • Providing training to the Performance Reporting Team to operationalize new solutions for accurate and timely reporting.
  • Participating in strategic design discussions with senior project team members.
What do you need to succeed?
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in performance measurement industry.
  • Undergraduate degree in Finance, Business, or a related field; a graduate degree (e.g., MBA, MFin) and/or professional designations (e.g., CFA, CIPM) are preferred.
  • Solid understanding of finance, portfolio management theory, asset classes, investment strategies, and vehicles.
  • Well-versed in performance measurement principles, methodologies, and practices.
  • Knowledge of CFA Institute GIPS Standards and industry best practices.
  • Strong written communication skills for reporting complex information clearly.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills for exchanging complex information and building relationships.
  • Advanced quantitative, analytical, financial modeling skills, and comprehensive financial analysis experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with Power BI, SQL, VBA, Python is an asset.
  • Experience with Eagle PACE/Performance and Bloomberg is desirable.
