We are looking for an experienced Manager for an existing vacancy on our Performance Attribution Solutions (PAS) team, with members across Vancouver, Toronto, and Gurugram. The PAS Team's purpose is to provide performance, attribution, investment analytics data and insights to our internal and external stakeholders, including working directly with Affiliate investment teams and portfolio managers.The ideal candidate is a proven leader who brings an ownership mindset, is self-motivated, and drives results from start to finish.You will be responsible for embedding operational best practices identifying automation opportunities, and ensuring effective oversight of the distribution of investment analytics. Your key stakeholders include multiple Affiliate investment teams - portfolio managers, traders, economists and researchers - as well as sales / marketing, client service, compliance, investment operations, and technology partners across the Financial Group.Our offices currently operate on a hybrid model with a combination of in-office and remote working days throughout the week.
The starting salary for this position is $120,000-$180,000. The starting salary provided reflects the base salary for this position as required by legislation. In addition, there is an annual performance bonus which contributes to the total compensation of this position. Further questions may be directed to the HR team during the interview process.
