In this role, you will
- Oversee the People Services Coordinators handling inquiries and transactional processing of services delivered by the dc Connect team.
- Serve as the escalation point and leader for resolving complex inquiries and issues for all internal stakeholders.
- Foster a supportive culture where Team Members can deliver exceptional customer service and outcomes.
- Provide regular feedback, coaching, and recognition to the People Services team, modeling wellbeing at work.
- Define and refine SLAs and key metrics, analyze feedback, and engage stakeholders for improvements.
- Review operational metrics and feedback to identify and implement improvements, including automation and SLA enhancements.
- Partner with the Director, HR Operations Services, to develop strategies, roadmaps, and project plans aligned with HR’s service delivery model and HCM technology.
- Oversee processing and updates of employee data across the employee lifecycle, ensuring data quality and compliance.
- Develop programs, policies, and documentation related to HR system use, knowledge management, and HR services.
- Build relationships with leadership across the organization to understand feedback and emerging needs.
What We're Looking For
- Undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
- CHRP designation with 7-10 years of progressive HR services experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strategic thinking to develop and enhance People Services.
- Knowledge of HR management, legislation, and best practices.
- Analytical skills for data interpretation and insights.
- Customer-centric approach to service standards and culture.
- Experience with digital HR solutions and understanding of business needs.
- Knowledge of end-to-end HR processes and transactions.
- Experience leading in a service center environment (preferred).
- Understanding of applicable laws and legislations.
- Experience in change management and continuous improvement.
- Facilitation skills for presentations and stakeholder engagement.
- Experience with Workday is an asset.
