As part of EY’s focus on the people agenda and change initiatives, our People Consulting professionals assist clients in managing and sustaining change related to people, processes, and technology. This includes stakeholder management, leadership development, organizational design, training, cultural assessment, talent management, workforce strategies, and communication planning.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a Manager for our People Consulting practice. You will gain experience across various capabilities, service offerings, and industries, working with multidisciplinary teams and leaders of major organizations. You will advise on large-scale change strategies, organizational design, and HR transformation, within an environment that fosters innovation, purpose, and collaboration. We support your professional growth and leadership development.

Key responsibilities

You will lead organizational design projects, advise stakeholders, and build client relationships. Your work will focus on structuring teams to support strategic goals and enabling agile ways of working.

Skills and attributes for success

  • Lead project workstreams, manage resources, budgets, and mitigate risks
  • Apply organizational design, workforce planning, and change management in transformational initiatives
  • Demonstrate technical competence and a practical approach to client challenges
  • Identify additional opportunities and build client relationships
  • Influence stakeholders and promote collaboration
  • Understand sector-specific HR challenges (e.g., Oil & Gas, Healthcare, Telecom, Utilities, Insurance, Media)
  • Contribute to business development through proposals and presentations
  • Lead thought leadership and develop methodologies in organization design
  • Coach and develop team members and act as a role model

Qualifications

  • Experience in professional services or management consulting, with exposure to large projects
  • 4+ years in Operating Model Development, Organizational Design, Workforce Planning, and related areas
  • Experience leading organizational design in functional domains like supply chain, IT, finance, etc.
  • Proficiency in analyzing large datasets and using digital assets in projects
  • Relevant degree and postgraduate qualification
  • Willingness to travel and work in a hybrid environment
