This role involves:

  1. Collaborating on the development of the overall people analytics strategy, aligning it with organizational goals and anticipating future needs.
  2. Leading the identification and prioritization of key people analytics projects to ensure measurable business impact.
  3. Cultivating strong relationships with senior leaders and key stakeholders across the organization.
  4. Partnering with senior leadership to influence strategic decisions through data-driven insights and recommendations.
  5. Overseeing the design, development, and maintenance of advanced business intelligence solutions, including dashboards and predictive models.
  6. Driving adoption of analytics tools like Visier to gain workforce insights.
  7. Ensuring the needs of the People team and organization are met, providing value through analytics.
  8. Presenting complex data insights clearly to influence decision-making at all levels.
  9. Acting as a trusted advisor on people analytics, offering strategic guidance and expertise.

What You'll Bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in people analytics or related fields with a successful track record.
  • Experience managing complex projects and building stakeholder relationships.
  • Proficiency in BI/Analytics tools (Visier, Tableau, etc.) and data visualization.
  • Strong SQL skills and experience with Python or R for advanced analysis.
  • Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to translate data into actionable insights.
