Manager, Payment Solution Integration (Bilingual)

Location: Montreal or Toronto (hybrid work schedule)

Reporting To: Director, Client Consulting

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Client Consulting team for technical payment integration and sales engineering support
  • Manage project execution and ensure team activities meet objectives
  • Provide technical expertise and leadership for client projects
  • Identify and communicate project risks
  • Train team members on new projects and compliance requirements
  • Ensure integrations meet industry standards and company policies

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5 years in technical sales support
  • At least 3 years in leadership or management roles
  • Experience in payment processing industry
  • Fluent in English and French
  • Strong project management and strategic planning skills
