An established industry player is seeking a dedicated Manager of Pastoral Care and Mission Advancement. Work model: Full-time onsite

Reporting to the Executive Director or Designate, the Manager of Pastoral Care and Mission Advancement enhances the dignity and quality of life of the residents, clients, co-workers, and volunteers through his/her assumed responsibility for the planning, development, and execution of a Pastoral Care program and Mission Advancement that recognizes the dignity and intrinsic worth of the human person and is designed to assist Good Shepherd Ministries in responding to the needs of the homeless and marginalized in our community.
S/he contributes to our values of Hospitality, Quality, Respect, Responsibility, and Spirituality through a personal and non-invasive presence to those experiencing life’s daily struggles. The Manager of Pastoral Care and Mission Advancement embodies these core values by providing a faithful and stable presence to those affected by homelessness, addiction, mental health issues, and social isolation.

This position is for full-time onsite, 40 hours a week. This position qualifies for benefits such as group RRSP and extended health care benefits after completing probation.
