About the Role

As the Manager, Partner Planning, you will be an integral part of the Partner Team—along with members of our Partner Strategy and Partner Marketing groups. You will also be responsible for triggering course correction actions when financial performance is not on par with expectations. Additionally, you will be encouraged to propose revenue-generating ideas for our partners—through benchmarking, new products and features, or promotional activities. You will also oversee the annual financial planning of the partners in your portfolio and conduct ad-hoc strategic analysis. In this role, you will also be expected to identify, develop, and implement areas of improvement for the team as a whole.

What You Will Be Doing
  1. Review partner performance weekly, explain key variances to the plan and previous forecasts, and update your tracking models.
  2. Participate in partner calls and in-person meetings (when appropriate) to provide updates on performance and support strategic discussions.
  3. Coordinate with the Partner Marketing and Partner Strategy teams on the promotion calendar to ensure targets are met and forecasts are current.
  4. Identify and report risks and opportunities for your portfolio weekly.
  5. Collaborate with the Marketing team to evaluate marketing program effectiveness and suggest course corrections when needed.
  6. Define pricing, product, and marketing best practices, and contribute to future growth strategies.
  7. Support contract negotiations by developing pricing strategies and participating actively in discussions.
  8. Develop financial sizing for new opportunities for existing partners and support sales pitches with strategic insights.
  9. Manage the annual financial planning process for your portfolio partners.

  • Ability to analyze, interpret, and communicate business results effectively.
  • Strong collaboration, impact, and influence skills across groups.
  • Robust business and operations background.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
