Rooted in our core values of being ambitious, innovative, and collaborative, we are driven to continuously raise the bar, exceed expectations, and bring out the best in everyone, fostering a culture where we believe we are better together, working towards an extraordinary future in travel. Come help us transform everyday travel into extraordinary experiences.

ABOUT THE ROLE – As the Manager, Partner Planning you will be an integral part of the Partner Team — along with members of our Partner Strategy and Partner Marketing groups. You will own and lead the forecasting, tracking and reporting on the financial performance for the Partners in your portfolio. You will also be responsible for triggering course correction actions when financial performance is not on par with expectations. In addition, you will be encouraged to propose revenue generating ideas for our partners — through benchmarking, new products and features or promotional activities. You will also be responsible for the annual financial plan of the partners in your portfolio and ad-hoc strategic analysis. In that role, you will also be expected to identify, develop and implement areas of improvements for the team as a whole.

What you will be doing
  • Review partner performance on a weekly basis, explain key variances to Plan and previous forecasts and update your tracking models
  • Participate in Partner calls and in-person meetings (when appropriate) to provide update on performance and support other strategic discussions
  • Discuss with the Partner Marketing and Partner Strategy teams the promotion calendar for the year and ensure that (1) targets will be achieved and (2) your forecast is up to date
  • Identify and report on Risks and Opportunities for your portfolio on a weekly basis
  • Work with the Marketing team to evaluate the effectiveness of our marketing programs and suggest ideas to course correct when appropriate
  • Define pricing, product and marketing best practices, and provide input into future growth opportunities
  • Support the Partner Strategy team in contract negotiations by developing pricing strategies and actively participating in the discussions
  • Develop financial sizing for all new opportunities for our existing Partners — as well as support the Partner Strategy in sales pitches
  • Orchestrate the annual Financial Planning process for the partners in your portfolio
You are someone with
  • 3+ years of related experience in finance, business planning or business operations
  • Undergraduate degree with a specialization in business and / or accounting. Candidates with an MBA or accounting designation are preferred.
  • Strong presentation, analytical and financial skills
  • Advanced MS Excel / Google Sheets skills
  • Demonstrated experience using business intelligence & CRM tools is preferred (Tableau)
  • Strong ability to analyze, interpret and communicate business results
  • Strong cross-group collaboration and impact and influence
  • Strong business and operations background
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to drive multiple priorities in a complex business environment
What you’ll love about us
