Job Responsibilities

As part of our EHS and ESG Technology team, your role will be to provide functional and technical consulting services within our digital EHS and ESG practice. You will ensure delivery of high-quality client services and work products, manage risks, and align with client expectations.

• Project Delivery:
• Serve as the primary technical contact on Enablon projects.
• Lead design sessions and collaborate with Business Analysts to gather client requirements.
• Analyze requirements and design system solutions based on best practices.
• Create Solution Design Documents for delivery.
• Oversee configuration work by functional specialists.
• Develop and execute testing for configurations and customizations.
• Manage deployment and release activities.
• Support clients with maintenance, upgrades, and application support.

Business Development:

• Support leadership in establishing and growing the Enablon practice.
• Assist in providing technical solutions during business proposals.
• Contribute to effort and budget estimations for new opportunities.
• Explore additional product uses with existing clients.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technology consulting, particularly in EHS and ESG.
• Extensive experience with Enablon, including NABSIC, Builder, and platform configuration.
• Experience with Enablon APIs (BLINK/REST ODATA, SOAP, REST).
• Experience with Enablon Mobile App and version upgrades.
• Proven success in delivering Enablon EHS/GRC modules (out-of-the-box and custom).
• Strong knowledge of EHS and ESG subjects.
• Excellent time management, prioritization, and client management skills.
• Ability to build productive relationships across organizational levels.
