Are you passionate about water infrastructure and leading technical teams? We are seeking a driven, knowledgeable, and people-focused Manager to lead our Operations & Maintenance unit.
As the manager, you will provide technical expertise to clients and oversee the Operations & Maintenance of WSA's infrastructure with a team of technologists, technicians, operators, and support staff responsible for inspecting, assessing, operating, and maintaining these infrastructures.
This position involves developing tactical plans for WSA infrastructure, implementing structured operations plans, communicating with stakeholders, understanding current conditions, and supervising inspection, monitoring, maintenance, and rehabilitation activities.
The ideal candidate will have either a diploma in Civil Engineering Technology or a similar technical discipline with certification as a Professional Technologist (P.Tech) from Technology Professionals Saskatchewan, or a degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline with a license to practice professional engineering from APEGS, along with 9 years of related experience.
