Job description

  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations by managing internal systems related to finance, IT, procurement, and human resources in line with corporate policies.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure timely processing of invoices and monthly project reporting.
  • Maintain compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal standards by preparing and managing operational documentation and records.
  • Liaise with shareholders and board members to ensure alignment on business priorities and to support transparent reporting of budgets, updates, and project progress.
  • Lead the preparation of Board meeting materials and support corporate governance through document management, onboarding, and communication.
  • Assist with the drafting and review of funding applications, tenders, and proposals, ensuring submissions meet all guidelines and deadlines.

Qualifications :

  • Post-Secondary Education in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in operations management, preferably within infrastructure or community development contexts.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders, subcontractors, and funding proposals with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience in writing applications, reports, and corporate updates.
  • Familiarity with budgeting, financial reporting, and operational software tools.
