What is the Opportunity?

This role supports the management of Operational Risks and Policy compliance in Global Functions Technology (GFT). It involves supporting the implementation and execution of Operational Risk Policies and Standards.

What will you do?

  • Function as a Risk and Compliance consultant within the GFT Operational Risk team.
  • Review GFT Issues related to security exemptions and risk acceptances for the assigned segment / pillar.
  • Governance of Risk Findings for IT and Business Managed Applications.
  • Support IT Risk Leads and Senior Managers within GFT on Risk Issues and controls to ensure compliance.
  • Ensure the quality of Operational Risk Issues, providing support as needed.
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation of processes, points of contact, and job aids.

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have:

  • Operational Risk Management Experience: 3-5 years.
  • CRISC Certification or willingness to pursue upon hire (obtain within 6-9 months).
  • Knowledge of Cyber Security standards related to Operational Risk.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Motivated, self-starter with a passion for working in a dynamic environment.
  • Effective time management and capacity communication skills.
  • Undergraduate Degree or diploma in computer science or technology management.

Nice-to-have:

  • Experience with Tableau Reporting.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and assignments.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Creative and analytical thinking abilities.
