About This Position
This role will be responsible for developing Intersect Power’s CIP Medium program and transitioning into managing compliance activity during the operational period. The Manager will work closely with IT, Operational Technology, Engineering, Legal, and others to collaboratively and pro-actively develop and maintain project compliance, provide strategic identification of upcoming requirements, manage the cross-functional planning and implementation process, and provide robust reporting to Intersect Power and to applicable regulatory bodies. This position is a key contributing role to the Operations Team and will report to the Director, Operational Compliance, Operations.
Overview of Department
The current operations team consists of operations, asset management, and compliance professionals with over 4GW of operational experience. The operations team works closely with the Development and Construction teams to bring Intersect Power’s pipeline from concept to operations, remaining involved throughout the project lifecycle. The Intersect Power operations team is expanding to support the growing fleet moving into operations in the near term.
