Hiring Range : $74,800 - $93,551.

Position Overview :

In this role, you’ll be the central lead for open enrolment programs at Ivey Executive Education — managing the full lifecycle of each program from initial planning and faculty collaboration through marketing alignment, participant experience, delivery logistics, and post-program evaluation. You’ll bring together cross-functional teams and keep things running smoothly, while always looking for ways to level up how we do things.

Responsibilities :

  • Portfolio Management & Delivery
  • Lead the end-to-end project management of all global open enrolment programs from development through delivery and evaluation (Canada, Hong Kong, Gulf Region).
  • Work closely with faculty and learning designers to shape learning experiences and ensure programs are well-structured and impactful.
  • Evaluate participant evaluation scores from open enrolment programs to identify trends. Analyze feedback and quantitative data and work with the Customer Experience (CX) team to lead the process of refreshing content or positioning.
  • Own the central calendar for open enrolment programs, ensuring scheduling is coordinated across teams and formats (in-person, virtual, hybrid).
  • Collaborate with the Operations team to ensure smooth delivery logistics and a high-quality experience for participants.
  • Drive program innovation by bringing forward insights from participant feedback, competitor offerings, and market trends to inform new program development or updates to existing offerings.
  • Support the planning and coordination of international open enrolment programs (e.g., Hong Kong), adapting delivery models and logistics to meet regional needs while maintaining consistency in learner experience.
  • Ensure a high-quality learner experience across all stages of the customer journey, from registration and onboarding to in-program delivery and post-program follow-up. Anticipate participant needs, monitor satisfaction metrics, and lead improvements to enhance the value and impact of their learning journey.
  • Support faculty in the delivery of engaging, relevant content while managing alignment with partner organizations where applicable. Ensure all parties are equipped with the tools, timelines, and context needed for successful program execution.
  • Ensure open enrolment programs adhere to Ivey policies, privacy standards, and accessibility requirements (e.g., AODA compliance, participant data security, copyright for materials).

2. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Promotion

  • Partner with Marketing, Customer Success, and Business Development teams to ensure programs are accurately and effectively promoted, with timely updates.
  • Serve as the internal point person for up-to-date program information, supporting sales, alumni, and Customer Experience teams.
  • Collaborate with external partner organizations on launching new open enrolment programs. Navigating complex scheduling, branding, and delivery format decisions between Ivey and the partner. Identify and resolve misalignment on timelines, roles, and learner expectations to ensure a cohesive delivery plan that meets institutional standards and partner commitments.
  • Coordinate cross-team communications to ensure everyone—from faculty to front-line staff—is aligned on what’s launching, when, and why.
  • Act as the go-to contact for faculty questions, feedback, and planning related to open enrolment.
  • Secure and confirm faculty and facility availability in alignment with program schedules, managing conflicts and proactively resolving gaps.
  • 3. Performance & Continuous Improvement

  • Track enrollment trends, participant feedback, and performance metrics to inform program improvements.
  • Lead debriefs and improvement cycles post-delivery, identifying opportunities to enhance both the learner experience and internal processes.
  • Develop systems, tools, and documentation to improve efficiency and program scalability over time.
  • Manage individual product and portfolio-level scorecards to assess program performance.
  • Manage contracts and agreements with external contributors (e.g., guest speakers, facilitators).
  • 4. Budgeting & Forecasting

  • Manage program-level budgets, track expenses, and work with faculty toward defined margin targets.
  • Partner with finance and leadership to forecast revenue and expenses across the open enrolment portfolio.
  • Flag risks and opportunities proactively and adjust plans as needed to stay on track.
  • Qualifications :

    Education & Experience

  • Undergraduate degree in business, education, communications, or a related field.
  • 4 -5 years of experience in program management, customer experience, or a related leadership role—ideally in education, professional services, or a similarly fast-paced, client-centered environment.
  • Experience leading cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders and tight timelines.
  • Familiarity with adult learning, executive education, or professional development is a strong asset.
  • Skills and Abilities

  • Proven ability to manage complex programs from start to finish—planning, coordinating, budgeting, and refining.
  • Strong project management skills, with an eye for both process and people.
  • Confident communicator who can engage with faculty, clients, and internal teams with ease and credibility.
  • Able to analyze data and feedback to drive improvements and make informed decisions.
  • Comfortable with digital tools and platforms, whether it’s managing a shared calendar, collaborating in real time, or tracking metrics.
  • Advanced knowledge of program and project management methodologies, including planning, scheduling, and execution across concurrent, multi-stakeholder initiatives.
  • Applied understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design frameworks, and how to shape impactful learning experiences across modalities (in-person, virtual, hybrid).
  • Knowledge of integrated marketing and communications strategy, as it pertains to product promotion, audience targeting, and lead generation in a professional education context.
  • Solid understanding of financial management practices—budget development, forecasting, margin analysis—and how these contribute to overall program performance.
  • Familiarity with CRM, learning platforms, and collaboration tools (e.g. Salesforce, Zoom, MS Teams, LMS tools) to drive efficiency and data-informed decision-making.
  • Proven ability to navigate academic and administrative environments with diplomacy, ensuring alignment between institutional priorities and learner needs.
  • Demonstrate both strategic vision and strong attention to detail; able to lead at a high level while ensuring precision in execution.
  • Maintain composure under pressure and effectively manages competing and evolving priorities.
  • Proactive, inquisitive, and solutions-oriented; consistently seeks opportunities to improve processes and enhance efficiency.
