Oxford Properties is seeking a Leasing Manager to join our dynamic Office Leasing team in Toronto. This is your opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our GTA Office portfolio.
What You’ll Do: As a key member of our high-performing team, you’ll report directly to the Vice President, Office Leasing, and serve as the go-to expert for all leasing activity across your portfolio. Your responsibilities will include:
Building and nurturing strong relationships with existing customers
Leading all leasing inquiries and reporting requirements
Proactively marketing vacancies and securing new tenants
Managing renewals and negotiations with current tenants
Preparing compelling presentations, budgets, and reports for Co-owners and Oxford leadership

As a member of this team, you will be responsible for:
As a Leasing Manager at Oxford, you’ll be at the forefront of driving occupancy, building lasting relationships, and delivering exceptional leasing experiences. Your role will span three key areas:
Leasing Excellence
Partner with full Office Leasing team to lead prospective tenant tours, deliver impactful presentations, and host customer meetings.
Negotiate offers and lease agreements in collaboration with our in-house Legal experts.
Ensure a seamless, efficient leasing process for both internal and external stakeholders.
Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with tenants and brokers.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Asset Management, Legal, Leasing Administration, Development, Property Management, Marketing, and other stakeholders.
Marketing
Develop and execute marketing strategies that elevate portfolio visibility, drive occupancy, and enhance asset value.
Lead, participate in, and coordinate marketing initiatives and leasing programs for Toronto office assets, in partnership with other members of team
Assist with planning and execution of vacant space preparations to achieve Oxford’s hospitality focused Blue Carpet program
Identify vacant suite and common area upgrade work that enhance leasing appeal and deliver strong ROI.
Planning, Reporting, and Administration
Deliver timely, accurate reporting—including budgets, forecasts, and deal tracking—to internal stakeholders and co-owners.
Prepare an annual leasing plan and quarterly forecasts for all vacancies in each building where leasing responsibilities exist
Support the preparation of the Leasing sections for monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for Oxford and co-owners
Provide input to manage a robust database of comparable transactions
To succeed in this role, you:
Have a customer-first mindset with a passion for creating memorable, hospitality-driven experiences.
Proven ability to build and sustain strong relationships with both internal teams and external partners.
A post-secondary degree in business, commerce, or real estate (an asset).
A minimum of 3 years of leasing experience with a landlord or brokerage.
A valid broker’s or salesperson’s license.
Strong negotiation skills and exceptional verbal and written communication.
A self-starter who thrives independently and can juggle multiple priorities with ease.
