We’re looking for a Manager, Offensive Security (Red Team), to join our growing team!

The Manager, Offensive Security, is responsible for testing security controls, networks, and threat response. They work as a technical leader and strategist, with hands-on capabilities. The Manager reports to the Director of Cyber Defense and manages a team of experts across multiple locations and time zones.

What you'll do here :

1. Collaborate with internal teams to interpret, understand, and communicate business risks related to technology.
2. Develop and lead intelligence-driven Red Team engagements and missions.
3. Maintain threat profiles and monitor the external landscape.
4. Design attack strategies to simulate real-world threats.
5. Analyze security assessment results and recommend improvements.
6. Advise management on non-compliance issues and verify fixes.
7. Guide other teams to enhance product security.
8. Maintain security tools, technologies, and processes for Red Team operations.
9. Communicate effectively with stakeholders.
10. Possess advanced knowledge in networks, security platforms, SOC, IAM, SIEM, DLP, EDR, threat intelligence, incident response, technical writing, and risk management.

What you bring to the table :

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Technology, Information Security, or related field (asset).
2. Minimum of 3 years' experience in team management.
3. At least 10 years of professional experience in IT.
4. Knowledge of security standards, regulations (NIST, COBIT5, ISO) (asset).
5. Recognized security certifications (CEH, CISM, or others) (asset).
6. Analytical, pragmatic approach to security issues.
7. Strong leadership, mentoring, and coaching skills.
8. Excellent communication skills for complex concepts.
9. Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and self-directed.
10. Eligible to work in Canada; bilingualism required for Quebec candidates.
