Position Summary

As a manager in a stadium suite, the Manager of Off Premise Catering & Events will oversee all aspects of suite operations, ensuring a premium experience for guests. You'll be responsible for managing staff, maintaining high standards of service, and coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth event execution.

This role pays an annual salary of $60,000-$68,000

Benefits for Full-Time roles: Health, Dental and Vision Insurance, Pension matching, and Paid Time Off (vacation days, sick days, and 11 holidays)

This position will remain open until September 19, 2025.

Responsibilities
  • Meet with clients to understand their event vision, goals, and budget; offer creative ideas, concepts, and design solutions. Serve as the main point of contact throughout the planning process
  • Ensure exceptional guest service by maintaining high standards of hospitality and professionalism.
  • Create event concepts that reflect the client’s style and brand, including designing mood boards, drafting layouts, and preparing design presentations.
  • Develop 2D/3D renders and mock-ups to visually communicate event design and layout
  • Oversee the setup, operation, and breakdown of the suite before, during, and after events.
  • Coordinate all event logistics, including transportation, accommodations, signage, staffing, seating arrangements, and registration, ensuring everything is seamlessly integrated.
  • Manage financial aspects, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue generation.
  • Ensure client satisfaction through debriefs, feedback collection, and post-event reporting.
  • Manage billing and payments for vendors and services.
Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of previous experience
  • Previous experience in hospitality management, preferably in a high-end or event-based environment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage service standards and best practices.
  • Financial acumen and experience with budgeting and cost control.

Working Conditions:

  • Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • May involve lifting and carrying heavy items as needed.
