Job Description
The Manager – Integrated Mission provides operational coordination and support, reinforcing integrated mission initiatives as part of senior leadership. The role involves active engagement in congregational and Community Services ministries, supporting guests in accessing holistic services at Boundless Vancouver. The Manager leads the Community Ministries team, performing duties professionally, efficiently, and confidentially, aligned with the organization’s core values.
Responsibilities and Accountabilities
Leadership
Integrated Mission
Relationship Management
Manage relationships with internal teams, external partners, community councils, and government offices.
Supervisory and Financial Responsibilities
Supervise key staff, support budget management, and oversee donations and expenditure processing.
Working Conditions
Safety and Precautions
Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements, including COVID-19 precautions, WHMIS, crisis intervention, and food safety protocols.
Qualifications
BA in Business, Social Work, or related field; 1-3 years of social services experience involving program planning and implementation.

Compensation
The salary range is $47,962.59 to $71,943.89, based on experience and qualifications. Reasonable accommodations are available upon request.
