This role reports into the Managing Director, Financial Reporting & Analysis, and will focuson the monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting, monthly reconciliations, creating financial statements and more!

Your Key Responsibilities :
Financial Reporting and Analysis : Lead month-end and year-end closing processes, providing insightful analysis of key trends and variances to support informed decision-making.
Treasury : Monitor short-term liquidity and forecast cash needs on a monthly basis
Annual Audit : Manage working papers of companies within the group and liaise with external audit team
Process Improvement : Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of accounting systems and processes. Qualifications :
CPA is required
3+ years experience in financial reporting in the insurance industry or for insurance clients
Netsuite experience considered an asset
