Are you a dynamic CPA with insurance experience? Our client, a thriving Insurance/Technology company experiencing significant growth, is seeking a strategic and hands-on Manager of Financial Reporting & Analysis to join their team!
This role reports into the Managing Director, Financial Reporting & Analysis, and will focuson the monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting, monthly reconciliations, creating financial statements and more!

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Reporting and Analysis: Lead month-end and year-end closing processes, providing insightful analysis of key trends and variances to support informed decision-making.
• Treasury:Monitor short-term liquidity and forecast cash needs on a monthly basis
• Annual Audit:Manage working papers of companies within the group and liaise with external audit team
• Process Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of accounting systems and processes.

Qualifications:

• CPA is required
• 3+ years experience in financial reporting in the insurance industry or for insurance clients
• Netsuite experience considered an asset
