Position Summary:
SE Health is seeking an experienced Manager of Enterprise Data and Business Intelligence to lead our critical transformation from legacy on-premises systems (SQL Server 2009, SSIS, SSRS, SSAS, MicroStrategy) to a modern cloud-based Microsoft ecosystem (Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Azure ML). This pivotal role combines people leadership, technical architecture, and transformation management to ensure business continuity while driving innovation.
The successful candidate will manage a team of 5 or 6 data professionals, maintaining current operations while orchestrating their transition to cloud technologies. This position requires a unique blend of legacy system knowledge, modern cloud expertise, and exceptional change management skills to bridge the gap between where we are and where we need to be.
Location: Hybrid (Markham office) with occasional on-site requirements as needed

Qualifications:
