Primary Responsibilities Include
- Managing both our existing sales pipeline and developing new business opportunities for the EWS portfolio.
- Resource Management: daily management of the roles and tasks of Team Leaders (TL), Flexforce Coaches. This role will also indirectly manage Clinical Education Specialists (CES).
- Achieve target revenue, profitability, and productivity goals for modality.
- Lead in developing proposals and presentations for new EWS business materials to create and nurture business opportunities and partnerships.
- Respond to customer complaints, monitor trends, analyze root causes, and develop processes for sustained improvement.
- Identify trends and customer needs, building a sales pipeline aligned with EWS/Canada targets.
- Develop strategies by analyzing new venture integration for Canada EW.
- Manage budget and headcount to meet targets.
- Resolve education-related issues for the respective business unit and support stakeholder relationships.
- Coordinate and implement XP marketing strategies, delegating tasks to achieve strategic goals.
- Motivate the EWS team, track performance, and report metrics.
- Partner with Education & Workforce Solutions Operations team to optimize scheduling and maintain productivity.
- Collaborate with Business Areas (BA) and HQ on future initiatives to meet education goals.
- Ensure compliance with Siemens Healthineers policies and procedures.
- Monitor industry trends and customer drivers, and discuss strategies with management and stakeholders.
- Assist with EWS proposal responses, including detailed RFP requirements and content creation.
- Generate leads, identify decision-makers, evaluate opportunities, and lead pitches.
- Develop and implement outbound EWS sales and business development strategies and best practices.
- Maintain professional knowledge through education, networking, and presentations.
- Work with marketing to align product messaging and communication.
- Contribute to fiscal planning and budgeting.
- Support company and division policies and goals.
- Enhance skills to improve job performance.
- Manage stakeholder relationships effectively.
- Adapt training strategies based on customer and industry needs.
- Partner with finance to develop and adhere to the customer education budget.
Qualifications
- Clinical practice expertise in the modality to perform duties satisfactorily.

Education and Experience
- BS/BA in a related discipline or relevant experience.
- Graduation from a Certified Radiologic Technology Program.
- Registered or licensed in the clinical modality of employment.
- 10+ years of successful related experience.
- Understanding of healthcare education marketplace, preferably in diagnostic imaging and therapy.
- Willingness to travel 30%.
