Primary Responsibilities Include
  1. Managing both our existing sales pipeline and developing new business opportunities for the EWS portfolio.
  2. Resource Management: daily management of the roles and tasks of Team Leaders (TL), Flexforce Coaches. This role will also indirectly manage Clinical Education Specialists (CES).
  3. Achieve target revenue, profitability, and productivity goals for modality.
  4. Lead in developing proposals and presentations for new EWS business materials to create and nurture business opportunities and partnerships.
  5. Respond to customer complaints, monitor trends, analyze root causes, and develop processes for sustained improvement.
  6. Identify trends and customer needs, building a sales pipeline aligned with EWS/Canada targets.
  7. Develop strategies by analyzing new venture integration for Canada EW.
  8. Manage budget and headcount to meet targets.
  9. Resolve education-related issues for the respective business unit and support stakeholder relationships.
  10. Coordinate and implement XP marketing strategies, delegating tasks to achieve strategic goals.
  11. Motivate the EWS team, track performance, and report metrics.
  12. Partner with Education & Workforce Solutions Operations team to optimize scheduling and maintain productivity.
  13. Collaborate with Business Areas (BA) and HQ on future initiatives to meet education goals.
  14. Ensure compliance with Siemens Healthineers policies and procedures.
  15. Monitor industry trends and customer drivers, and discuss strategies with management and stakeholders.
  16. Assist with EWS proposal responses, including detailed RFP requirements and content creation.
  17. Generate leads, identify decision-makers, evaluate opportunities, and lead pitches.
  18. Develop and implement outbound EWS sales and business development strategies and best practices.
  19. Maintain professional knowledge through education, networking, and presentations.
  20. Work with marketing to align product messaging and communication.
  21. Contribute to fiscal planning and budgeting.
  22. Support company and division policies and goals.
  23. Enhance skills to improve job performance.
  24. Manage stakeholder relationships effectively.
  25. Adapt training strategies based on customer and industry needs.
  26. Partner with finance to develop and adhere to the customer education budget.
Qualifications
  1. Clinical practice expertise in the modality to perform duties satisfactorily.
  2. Ability to analyze customer education needs and develop improvement plans.

Education and Experience
  1. BS/BA in a related discipline or relevant experience.
  2. Graduation from a Certified Radiologic Technology Program.
  3. Registered or licensed in the clinical modality of employment.
  4. 10+ years of successful related experience.
  5. Understanding of healthcare education marketplace, preferably in diagnostic imaging and therapy.
  6. Willingness to travel 30%.
  7. Excellent communication skills.
  8. Stakeholder management skills.
  9. Detailed clinical product knowledge.
  10. Ability to manage multiple programs and priorities.
  11. Ability to work independently and support evenings and weekends as required.
