We are currently recruiting for a Manager, Corporate Services, to work in person at our headquarters in Ottawa, ON.
What you will be doing…
We are seeking a Manager, Corporate Services to provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for our Corporate Services section. In this impactful role, you will lead teams and manage the core administrative, facilities, and operational services that support the mission of Commissionaires. You will also oversee quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives to drive efficiency and excellence.
Some of your responsibilities include…
- Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to teams across administration, logistics, facilities, procurement, fleet management, and quality assurance
- Lead process improvement initiatives to increase operational efficiency, streamline workflows, and enhance service delivery across Corporate Services
- Oversee internal administrative operations including policy documentation, insurance, business licenses and permits, document control, and budget management
- Manage facility operations of all Commissionaires-Ottawa offices, lease negotiations, furniture and equipment provisioning, maintenance coordination, and vendor relationships
- Oversee vehicle fleet management, including procurement, maintenance, and disposal of company vehicles
- Direct procurement activities, maintain the Company’s Approved Vendor List , and manage all aspects of the corporate clothing store, including inventory control and issuing uniforms
- Coordinate all quality management activities including ISO 9001 certification, audits, non-compliance reporting, and customer satisfaction follow-ups
- Support and enhance business continuity planning, emergency response procedures, and serve as Reconstitution Manager for recovery operations
- Provide logistical support for corporate functions, events, and fundraising activities; manage supplier advertising for corporate publications

- Demonstrated skills in facilities management, including infrastructure oversight, lease negotiation, and fleet operations
- A track record of coordinating emergency response plans, business continuity processes, and security procedures
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement abilities, especially in high-accountability environments
- Comfort balancing strategic planning with direct operational leadership, ensuring mission success under tight deadlines
Your must-haves:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 7 years of management experience in administration, facilities, or corporate services
- Proven leadership experience, including team coaching, mentorship, and performance management
- Knowledge of procurement, budget management, facilities operations, and vendor relations
- Proficiency with ISO 9001 Quality Assurance standards and audit processes
- Fluency in English, French is considered an asset
- Eligibility for Level 2 (Secret) Security Clearance
