Hours and Salary

Hours: 70 hours bi-weekly (8 hours; Days, On-Call) 0830-1630 hours
Salary: HL23 (CAD 80,407.00 - CAD 104,529.00 per annum)

Definition of Work

The Community Support Manager is responsible for overseeing a comprehensive range of Community Support programs. This includes program management, supervising staff, team building, clinical efficiency, and managing budgets and operations. The manager will lead specific focus areas within the Community Support Program.

Reporting to the Regional Director of Community Support, the manager will participate in planning, implementing, and evaluating program initiatives. They will provide clinical supervision to health professionals, fostering innovation and continuous improvement. Building relationships with internal programs and external partners is essential. The manager will also facilitate engagement with staff, clients, families, and caregivers to ensure quality and safety in service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills for complex client needs.
  • Broad understanding of health and community services systems and population health preferred.
  • Management experience and a Master’s degree in Social Sciences, Nursing, or related fields are assets.
