Qualifications

  • Current registration in good standing with the provincial regulatory body.
  • CPR certification and negative TB status.
  • Specialty nursing certifications are assets.
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive leadership or supervisory nursing experience.

Responsibilities

  • Lead clinical quality, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure holistic client assessments and client-centered care plans.
  • Visit clients as needed; manage service delivery and client/HCP matching.
  • Investigate and resolve client, family, funder, and employee concerns.
  • Recruit, supervise, coach, and evaluate field staff.
  • Lead training, mentorship, and performance management activities.
  • Coordinate with funders, care teams, and government programs.
  • Support branch operations and on‑call clinician access as required.
